Do you provide remote support or do you work directly at the factory?
100% field-based. We believe that no effective solution can be born from purely administrative analysis behind a desk. Our experts come to your workshops, observe your production lines, talk with your operators, and test each recommendation under real-world conditions.
QUALITY & SAFETY
How does your financial model work?
"Bonus / Malus"?
This is our unique proof of commitment: we link a portion of our compensation to your operational or microbiological results. If the hygiene or performance targets agreed upon together are exceeded, a bonus is applied; if they are not met, we incur a penalty. We share your risks.
Can you help us in the event of an unfavorable AFSCA inspection or a microbiological crisis?
Yes, and we act urgently. In the event of a major crisis (persistent biofilm, listeria, administrative alert), we activate our emergency protocol with an initial operational response within 4 hours. We diagnose the root cause, manage the interface with the authorities, and support you until production is safely resumed.
